Laser Plastic Cutting

We offer laser plastic cutting: acrylic (plexiglass), polycarbonate, PVC, foamed PVC (Forex), ABS. Precise cutting, shaped letters and logos, small parts and complex contours — with no chipping or melted edges.

Advantages of laser plastic cutting:

• A perfectly smooth edge — in acrylic, almost polished — straight off the cutter, no extra finishing needed.
• Precise reproduction of any contour, from simple shapes to fine lettering.
• A minimal heat-affected zone, so thin plastic doesn’t warp.
• High repeatability when producing batches of identical parts.

Used for advertising letters, POS elements, protective screens, mockups and enclosure parts. Before a file goes into production, it’s reviewed and adjusted if needed, with any changes agreed with the client first.
