We manufacture parts to your drawings for furniture, advertising, retail equipment and other projects. Send us your layout – Vargo Company will calculate the cost and agree on the terms of work.
At Vargo Company you can order plywood, MDF and laminated chipboard parts for your project. We choose the material based on the purpose of the product, the loads and the subsequent finishing. Before calculating, we clarify the sheet thickness, part dimensions and the required operations.
For structures, parts and decor
CNC plywood milling makes it possible to cut straight and curved contours and to create holes, grooves and pockets of a set depth. This type of machining is suitable for furniture elements, retail equipment, templates and assembly structures.
Plywood consists of layers of veneer, so its grade, thickness and surface quality must be taken into account during machining. We select the tool and cutting mode to minimise chipping and fuzzing. The need for subsequent sanding is agreed according to the requirements for the part.
For profiles and parts to be finished
CNC MDF milling is used for shaped elements, decorative panels, furniture parts and advertising structures. The homogeneous structure of the material allows contours to be machined and recesses to be formed without regard to the grain direction typical of solid wood.
If the product will be painted later, we plan the requirements for the surface and edges: after milling, they may need sanding and priming. The complexity of the profile and the machining depth are agreed based on the layout.
For furniture and retail equipment
CNC milling of laminated chipboard is used for curved parts, technological cut-outs, grooves and holes. We pay special attention to preserving the decorative coating near the machining contour.
In the drawing, it is important to mark the face side, the direction of the decor and the areas that require edge banding. After through-cutting, the board edge remains open – its further finishing or protection should be provided for in the design.
We mill plywood to your drawings, agreeing on the product geometry before work begins. The CNC controls the tool movement according to a prepared program, which helps reproduce contours and the position of elements across a batch.
You receive an agreed production brief that takes into account both the appearance and the further use of the parts.
We agree on critical dimensions, fits and permissible tolerances. The actual board thickness matters for parts that have to be joined together.
The cutter diameter affects the width of grooves and the radii of internal corners. If necessary, we discuss adjustments to the drawing.
We clarify whether you need a separate sample, a set or a series, and agree on the production sequence.
We determine it after checking the file, taking into account the material, machining complexity and order volume.
From a single part to a ready-to-assemble kit – the technology suits a variety of production and design tasks:
Side panels, partitions, shaped elements and blanks with joining grooves.
Parts for stands, displays and presentation structures.
Parts with a set contour, mounting templates and blanks for further processing.
Letters, logos, flat ornaments and panels with through cut-outs.
Each job is calculated individually. Parts of the same size may require different machining times: a simple outer contour and a large number of small cut-outs involve different amounts of work.
For a preliminary quote, it is enough to send the layout and specify the material, thickness and quantity. Material supply and any additional operations are agreed separately.
Attach a DXF, CDR or PDF file and specify the dimensions, material and number of parts. If you don’t have a ready drawing, add a sketch with dimensions for preliminary discussion.
We’ll check the contours, machining depth and requirements for the result. For PDF files, the drawing must contain vector contours: images or scans will need preparation.
We’ll fix the scope of work and the final layout before launch.
We’ll produce the parts according to the agreed brief and check the agreed parameters.
We’ll agree on the delivery method and packaging requirements.
